No � we have zero minimums. You can order a single custom jersey, a pair of gloves, or an outfit for one player, and we will treat it with the same attention and process as a 500-piece league order.
Volume pricing kicks in at certain thresholds (10+, 30+, 60+ pieces), but there is never a minimum required to place an order.
The best way to start is to fill out our quote form. Tell us what you need, how many pieces, your timeline, and any existing design files you have (a logo is ideal, but not required). Your dedicated rep will reach out within 1 business day.

Absolutely. Team orders include per-player sizing � we collect each player's name, number, and size before production begins. There is no additional charge for the variety of sizes within an order.
We produce everything from Youth XS to Adult 4XL within the same order at no added cost.
Changes are possible before the proof is approved � this is the right time to finalize your roster, sizes, and names. Once you sign off on the proof and production begins, changes are not possible without potentially delaying the order.

No problem. Our design team can work from a concept � tell us your colors, your team name, any inspiration, and what style you like. We'll build a design from scratch as part of the process.
If you do have existing artwork, a high-resolution version (SVG, AI, or EPS preferred, PNG at 300 DPI minimum) will give the best result.
Rush production is available in some cases and depends on current order volume. If your timeline is critical, mention it when you submit your quote request and your rep will confirm whether a rush can be accommodated.
Rush orders may carry an additional fee and require proof approval within 24 hours of receiving the design.

Our game and practice jerseys are custom apparel � they are not HECC-certified protective equipment. Jerseys don't require certification as they are worn over protective gear, not in place of it.
Helmet shells are custom decoration products designed to fit over your existing certified helmets. Your players' underlying certified helmets remain their protective equipment.
Game jerseys are made from a 100% polyester moisture-wicking mesh specifically designed for ice hockey � lightweight, breathable, and built to perform under full gear.
Practice jerseys use a lighter open-mesh polyester construction for high-volume use. Both use full-sublimation printing, meaning the color is dyed into the fabric and cannot crack or peel.
Our helmet shells are designed to fit the most popular hockey helmet models from Bauer, CCM, Warrior, and Easton. We produce them in S/M, M/L, and L/XL to cover standard size ranges.
When placing your order, let your rep know the helmet brand and model your team uses and we'll confirm compatibility before production.
Yes, and we highly recommend it. Home (dark) and away (light) sets are designed together from the same template so they share the same design language � same logo placement, same font, same stripe pattern. Only the base color changes.
Ordering as a matched set may qualify for additional volume pricing. Ask your rep when requesting a quote.
After your rep collects your design details, our design team creates a full-color digital mockup showing exactly what your gear will look like � front, back, and sleeves for jerseys; backhand and palm for gloves.
You review the proof and request changes (revisions are free). Nothing enters production until you give written approval. What you approve is exactly what gets made.
Revisions are free and unlimited until you are satisfied with the proof. We don't charge per revision � the goal is for you to be 100% happy before production starts.
Most orders are approved within 1�2 rounds of revisions. Complex designs or new logos may take 3�4 rounds, which is completely normal.
Best: SVG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), or EPS � these are vector formats that scale without quality loss.
Acceptable: PNG or PDF at 300 DPI or higher on a transparent background.
Not recommended: JPEG (lossy compression) or small PNG files (low resolution). If you only have a small image, our design team can attempt to recreate or trace it � ask your rep.
Yes, as long as you own the rights to the design or have authorization to use it. If you have your previous team's jersey files, send them over and we'll either replicate the design exactly or update elements you want to change.
We cannot reproduce designs that are trademarked by other companies (e.g. professional team logos) without proper licensing.
Full sublimation printing produces very accurate color reproduction � significantly better than older screen printing or embroidery. For best results, reference Pantone or CMYK values when specifying your colors rather than relying on how colors look on a monitor (screens vary significantly in calibration).
Your rep can confirm color matching for specific team or brand standards before proof approval.
Game jerseys start at $85/piece for individual orders. Team orders (10+) start at $65/player, and league-scale orders (60+) start at $50/player.
Pricing depends on product type, quantity, and any add-ons (e.g. additional name/number location, special materials). Your rep provides a full itemized quote � no hidden fees.

No setup fees. Design, revisions, and proof creation are all included in the price per piece. You only pay for the gear you order.
Standard terms are 50% deposit at proof approval to enter production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.
League and large-scale orders may have custom payment schedules. Payment plans are available for qualifying orders � ask your rep.
Shipping is calculated based on order size and destination and is added to the final invoice. For large team and league orders, shipping is often a very small percentage of the total order value.
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available � contact us for a quote.
Standard production time is 3�4 weeks from proof approval. This does not include the time before approval � quote and proof turnaround is typically 3�5 days.
Total time from first contact to delivery is usually 4�6 weeks for most orders. We recommend starting the process at minimum 8 weeks before your season starts to have comfortable buffer.
Yes. League orders can be shipped as one consolidated shipment to a single address or split across multiple addresses (e.g. per team or per coach). Split shipping may add a small additional shipping charge.
Tracking is provided for every shipment.
Any piece that differs from your approved proof is replaced at no cost to you � no questions, no hassle. Contact your rep with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a reprint immediately.
Size issues resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer may not qualify for free replacement, but we'll always work with you to find a solution.
Yes. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Your dedicated rep will also proactively update you at each major milestone: proof sent, production started, production complete, order shipped.
You will never have to wonder where your order is � that's part of what having a dedicated rep means.
